Replacing Law No. 2 of 1989 on the National Education System, this statute regulates the national education system of Indonesia. Among other topics, the statute covers all levels of education, non-formal education, informal education, early-age childhood education, service education, religious education, education by correspondence, as well as national education standards, curriculum, and educators and educational personnel.
