This regional regulation prohibits prostitution for its repudiation of religious and moral norms. Most importantly, art 4(1) of the Regulation states that any person whose conduct is suspicious and gives rise to an assumption they are a prostitute is prohibited from being on the street, in a hotel, and places of entertainment. Possible sanctions include three months' imprisonment or a fine of up to IDR 15 million. Article 4(2) prohibits any person from being intimate, embracing and/or kissing in a sexual manner in public places or places visible to the public.

While this regional regulation does not specifically refer to religion (agama) or Islam, it aims to provide legal certainty for the community and law-enforcers in the monitoring and controlling of the distribution of alcoholic beverages. It is also concerned with societal behaviour and curbing crime resulting from alcohol abuse. It categorises alcoholic beverages in accordance with their alcoholic content (A - 0-5%; B - 6-20%; C - 21-55%) and qualifies that they may only be distributed and sold by direct sellers in: 

1. 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotels; and
2. certain fine-dining restaurants (Tanda Talam Kencana dan Talam Seloka).

Alcohol of types B and/or C sold in the above designated places may be consumed in hotel rooms on the condition that containers contain no more than 187 ml. If the region does not have such designated places, the regulation permits the regent to designate such places, after considering the tourist activities conducted in the area. The regulation places a blanket prohibition on beverages with an alcoholic content in excess of 55%.

Retailers are only permitted to sell alcohol in packaging, in designated areas, away from places of worship, schools, hospitals, or other places stipulated by the regent. The regent is also required to assemble a team comprising specialists in trade, industry, health, tourism, security and social order. The regulation also regulates the storage of alcoholic beverages, obligates alcohol vendors to submit official quarterly reports of their alcohol sales to the Kepala Dinas, and obliges society to assist in the monitoring and controlling of the distribution of alcoholic beverages.

While this regulation was replaced by Municipal Regulation No. 7 of 2014, its purpose was to create societal awareness and understanding in terms of the importance of the values of Islamic teachings and social norms, as well as the consequences of conducting oneself contrary to these teachings, to ensure the people develop a wise temperament sourced from the Qur'an and Sunnah, to ensure that non-Muslims respect and value Islamic norms adhered to by the majority of the population, to increase the faith and religious obedience of Muslims to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, and to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The regulation obliges all Muslims who have reached puberty (usia aqil baligh) to wear clothing that covers their aurat in accordance with Islamic teachings. Non-Muslims are similarly required to respect and value this regulation and to dress appropriately, in accordance with Tasikmalaya customs and traditions. The regulation also appeals to Islam by prohibiting Muslims from:

1. becoming involved in corrupt practices and abusing one's position of power;
2. committing adultery or prostitution (heterosexual and homosexual);
3. gambling;
4. ingesting intoxicants (alcoholic and narcotic);
5. carrying out abortions;
6. viewing pornography;
7. charging interest (riba) and making speculative sales (ijon);
8. practising idolatry;
9. facilitating child exploitation;
10. participating in organised crime; and
11. disseminating deviant sects/understandings.

This regional regulation replaces Tasikmalaya Municipal Regulation No. 12 of 2009. It obliges every person to implement the teachings of their own religion as a set of guidelines by which to live their lives, thereby avoiding the ignoble. Among its many provisions, it requires all persons to worship God, requires employers to make available prayer facilities for their employees, prohibits dubious economic and financial practices, mandates that the regional government and society increase the levels of religious education (both formal and informal) for younger people, and requires all persons to dress in accordance with their respective religious teachings, and local societal norms. In line with its predecessor, the regulation also prohibits the following:

1. becoming involved in corrupt practices and abusing one's position of power;
2. committing adultery or prostitution (heterosexual and homosexual);
3. gambling;
4. ingesting intoxicants (alcoholic and narcotic);
5. carrying out abortions;
6. viewing pornography;
7. charging interest (riba) and making speculative sales (ijon);
8. practising idolatry;
9. facilitating child exploitation;
10. participating in organised crime; and
11. disseminating deviant sects/understandings.

This mayoral regulation was drafted to regulate the special team assembled to enforce the obligations contained in Tasikmalaya Municipal Regulation No. 7 of 2014. The team is non-structural and reports directly to the Mayor of Tasikmalaya.

This statute makes amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection, and is designed to further improve protections afforded to children.

This regional regulation prohibits prostitution, as well as any ancillary act designed to facilitate prostitution.

This regional regulation prohibits, in the regency of South Lampung, all forms of prostitution and promiscuity, or any ancillary conduct designed to facilitate prostitution, whether by man or woman, heterosexual or homosexual. It also prohibits adultery; gambling; pornographic images, which contradict religious norms, legal norms, morality and traditional customs. It defines immorality (maksiat) as all conduct that degrades the foundations of communal social life, and that contravenes current religious norms, legal norms, morality, and traditional customs.

This regional regulation prohibits vagrancy and begging of all types, as well as prostitution. In its preamble it states that it aims to prevent persons from preying on the sympathy and mercy of others, labelling such conduct akin to a mental illness or idle behaviour not in accordance with religious teachings. It also states that promiscuity contradicts social and religious norms, and easily endangers the younger generations, as well as facilitating the spread of the HIV/AIDS virus, and other viruses. 

Contravention of the regulation can result in a prison sentence of, at most, six months and/or a fine of as much as IDR 5 million. Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of this regulation rests with the mayor, who may assemble an integrated monitoring team for certain related matters.

This regional regulation makes amendments to the sanctions section of Banjarmasin Municipal Regulation No. 13 of 2003.

This regional regulation prohibits places of entertainment, restaurants, kiosks (warung, rombong), and the like, from opening during the month of Ramadan. It similarly prohibits eating, drinking and/or smoking in restaurants, kiosks, and the like, from sunrise to sundown. Exceptions to the rule are:

1. Restaurants opening from 5 pm preparing to serve patrons breaking the fast;
2. Markets opening from 3 pm preparing to serve patrons breaking the fast;
3. Hotels and restaurants that serve international guests, after obtaining special dispensation from the Mayor, based on the consideration of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) (this does not apply to places of entertainment that serve international guests).

The Regulation permits its implementation to be monitored by police and law enforcement agencies. Contravention of these provisions can warrant a prison sentence of, at most, 6 months and/or a fine of as much as 5 million rupiah. Contravention of the exceptions can result in a prison sentence of, at most, 10 days and/or a fine of as much as 100,000 rupiah. These sanctions were subsequently amended in Banjarmasin Municipal Regulation No. 4 of 2005.

This regional regulation prohibits prostitution and sexual promiscuity for money, goods or services in the regency of Way Kanan. It prohibits all persons and legal entities from carrying out prostitution, and from facilitating it through ancillary means. Its preamble states that prostitution is contrary to religious values, morality, and communal traditional customs. The regulation also places on all persons with knowledge of such practices to report them to authorised personnel. Contravention of this regulation can result in a prison sentence of, at most, six months, or a fine of as much as IDR 3 million. For recidivists (persons who have contravened the regulation again within one year), their punishment will be one-third additionally severe if the sentence is a prison term, or one-half additionally severe if the punishment handed down is a fine.

This regional regulation acknowledges in its preamble that one of its purposes is to anticipate the negative impact the increased distribution of alcohol would have on the people of Banjarmasin. Among other provisions and conditions, it prohibits all activities related to the distribution of alcohol, and obligates the people of Banjarmasin to report to law enforcement agencies any such activities as they become aware of them. It also guarantees their confidentiality and legal protection should they make such a report. Contravention of these prohibitions can result in six months imprisonment or a fine of up to IDR 50 million, as well as seizure and destruction of the alcoholic beverages subject of the sanction.

This statute provides amendments to Law No. 14 of 1970 on Judicial Authority Principles. Specifically, the amendments set in motion the gradual transfer (over a five-year period) of judicial bodies to become under the control of the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung) organisationally, administratively, and financially. The amendments also provide that group criminal activity committed by officers of the court is to be adjudicated by the civil judiciary, unless the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, by official decree (Keputusan), believes the conduct should be adjudicated by a military court.

This statute on criminal procedure replaced Het Herziene Inlandsch Reglement (the Revised Internal Rules and Regulations) (Staatsblad of 1941 No. 44). Among other topics, it regulates criminal investigation, investigators, prosecution of crimes, arrest, detention, body searches, home inspections, seizures and search warrants, suspects and those accused of having committed crimes, legal aid, the content of crime reports, as well courts with the authority to adjudicate criminal trials.

This regional regulation makes provision for the cleanliness and veneers of buildings, roads, parks, public spaces, shops, and terminals.

This regional regulation makes provision for public order in Tasikmalaya, including protecting the right to worship and to conduct religious activities. Specifically, it prohibits conduct that contravenes religious norms, morality, and/or traditional local custom/culture, such as prostitution, discotheques, night clubs, and the like. The regulation also obliges persons to worship in accordance with the teachings of their respective religions and convictions. It also prohibits, among others:

1. making alcoholic beverages available, except for certain religious activities;
2. eating, drinking and the like in public spaces during the month of Ramadhan; and
3. offending, harassing or deriding religious symbols.

This statute defines a psychotropic as a substance or medicine, either natural or synthetic, that is not a narcotic, that has a psychoative effect on the nervous system, causing particular changes in a person's mental activity and behaviour. The statute regulates, among other psychotropic-related topics, the production, dissemination, transfer, exportation and importation, transportation, labelling, and government monitoring, of psychotropics.

This statute defines what is meant by narcotics, and, among other narcotics-related topics, regulates its production, importation and exportation, dissemination, storage and reportage, government monitoring, treatment and rehabilitation, distruction, and criminal investigations into narcotics-related crime. The statute was subsequently replaced by Law No. 35 of 2009.
