This gubernatorial regulation acknowledges and facilitates the Perpetual Gift Agreement (Perjanjian Penerusan Hibah) between the Indonesian central government and the Acehnese government, known as the Microfinance for Innovation Fund Bequest (hibah), dated 8 October 2014.
Article 2 of the regulation states that IDR 9 billion of Acehnese government capital will be invested in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (People's Credit Bank) Mustaqim Sukamakmur, and IDR 63,804,841,916 in PT Bank Aceh. This government capital is sourced and derived from the above agreement. In acknowledgment of receipt of these monies, both banks agree, pursuant to art 4, to issue shares to the Acehnese government to the value of those monies received.
