CPS Intern., Inc. v. Dresser Industries, Inc., 911 S.W.2d 18 (Tex. Ct. App. 1995): Saudi law partly controlling in contract dispute

In this case, the Texas Court of Appeals affirmed the part of the lower court's decision that found Saudi Arabian law controlling with regards to some of the tort and contract claims, and reversed the part that found Saudi Arabian law controlling with regards to some other contract claims. Accordingly, the Appeals Court found Texas law to be controlling as regards appellants' contact claims against the Al-Rushaid Appellees.
