This Supreme Court jurisprudence states that, pursuant to art 76 of Law No. 7 of 1989 on the Religious Judiciary, and arts 19(f) and 22(2) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975, witness information regarding conflict between parties to a divorce application can be provided by familial witnesses.
