Minister of the Interior Regulation No. 15 of 2006 on Types and Forms of Regional Laws

This ministerial regulation makes provision for the types of regional regulations, decrees, and instructions that may be enacted by regional heads and regions. Those regulations are:
- regional regulations (peraturan daerah);
- regional head regulations (peraturan kepala daerah);
- joint regional head regulations (peraturan bersama kepala daerah);
- regional head decrees (keputusan kepala daerah); and
- regional head instructions (instruksi kepala daerah) (art 2).
