This regional regulation makes amendments, for the fourth time, to Bekasi Regency Regulation No. 17 of 1984 on the Probhibition on Promiscuity. Specifically, it amends the severity of sanctions to a maximum of three months' imprisonment or a fine of as much as IDR 5 million.
