Indonesian Council of Ulama Fatwa on the Daf'ul Bala Prayer

This fatwa states that Indonesian Muslims are to perform the 'Daf'ul Bala' prayer after the fifth shalat and at the end of Qunut shalat witir, in the second half of the holy month of Ramadhan.
