Indonesian Council of Ulama Fatwa on Bequeathing Corneas

This fatwa permits a person to bequeath their corneas after they have passed away, provided that:
- they have given their consent and the provision of such consent was witnessed by their beneficiaries; and
- the operation is conducted by a surgeon.
