National Shari'a Board - Indonesian Council of Ulama Fatwa No. 71 of 2008 on Sale and Lease Back

This fatwa defines a sale and lease back as the sale and purchase of an asset, followed by the purchaser then leasing the asset to the vendor. It also states that such an arrangement is permissble at law.
