Medan High Religious Court Decision No. 124 of 2015: Shari'a Economy Appeal Upheld

The appellants sought to challenge Decision: 967/Pdt.G/2012/PA.Mdn of the Medan Religious Court. The court allowed the appeal on the grounds that:
- the respondent had sued the incorrect party;
- the respondent did not have the necessary legal standing before the lower court, as she was not a party to the musyarakah agreement; and
- the fourth appellant had never actually auctioned the properties.
