This is the decree promulgating the 1963 Moroccan Penal Code.

This decree declared that the Protectorate of Morocco government would recognize the ability for Berbers to retain their own laws and customs.

This section of al-Jarīda al-Rasmiyya officially promulgates the first two books of the Moroccan Personal Status Code, the Mudawwana. The first book presents the stipulations concerning marriage, including issues such as the contract, dowry, and inhibitors (like number of wives). The second book deals with the dissolution of marriage, thus addressing conditions of repudiation, women’s repudiation, and the ʿidda (the woman’s waiting period until she may remarry).

This is a memorandum (circulaire) issued by the shari'a board of the Central Bank of Morocco (Bank al-Maghrib) in January 2017. The document contains fatwas pertaining to Islamic financial instruments such as murābaḥa and regulations concerning its practice and penalties. 

This is the official decree promulgating the 1965 Moroccan Court Unification Law (Law 3.64)

This is the official decree in which the Protectorate Morocco regime conferred limited property rights to the tribal councils (jama'as).
