The parties were married on 8 July 1999 and had two children. On 19 January 2010, the plaintiff filed an application for an irrevocable divorce. Then, on 4 May 2011, the parties reached an agreement, pursuant to which ownership of household items was granted to the plaintiff, ownership of the parties' property to the defendant, and custody of the parties' two children to the plaintiff. The court ordered the parties to adhere to the conditions of the agreement, and ordered both parties to share court costs (IDR 421,000).
