Indonesian Law No. 19 of 2008 on State Shari'a Securities

This statute regulates state shari'a securities (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara - SBSN), as well as the companies that issue them, and the utilisation of state-owned assets therein. It defines a state shari'a security as a state security issued pursuant to shari'a principles, as partial evidence of the inclusion of state shari'a security assets, both in rupiah and foreign currencies.
