The appellant sought to challenge the decision of the Meulaboh Shari'a Court (lower court), which had only accepted his claim in part when it stipulated as joint assets of the parties one house with some land, as well as IDR 13.5 million in home restoration monies.
The Court dismissed the appeal, however, finding the lower court's decision to be sound and accurate.
