Saudi Basic Industries Corp. v. Mobil Yanbu Petrochemical Co., Inc. 866 A.2d 1 (Del. 2005): Application of Saudi Arabian law to contract does not infringe on constitutional rights

In this case, the Supreme Court of Delaware, applying Saudi Arabian law to the contract and tort claims, found the Saudi Arabian company liable, all the while noting that the application of Saudi Arabian law, while altering the common law and statutory elements of tort and contractual claims, nevertheless did not infringe on any party's constitutional rights.
