The accused was allegedly found to be in contravention of arts 5 and 23(1) of Aceh Qanun No. 13 of 2003 on Gambling. Pursuant to art 12(1) and (2) of Law No. 48 of 2009 on Judicial Authority, however, the court dismissed the case on the grounds that the prosecution had failed to successfully summons and bring the accused to court.
