The court ordered the parties to adhere to the deed of settlement, to which they had both agreed. The deed of settlement acknowledged that the second party had owed the first party IDR 27,590,400. After mediation, however, it was agreed that the second party would pay to the first party IDR 13,690,000 by 20 January 2017. This would be paid in six instalments of IDR 2,281,700, payable on the 20th of each month from August 2016 to January 2017.
