The court ordered the parties to adhere to the deed of settlement, to which they had both agreed. The deed of settlement acknowledged that the second party owed the first party IDR 59,306,000. After mediation, however, it was agreed that the second party would pay to the first party IDR 42,720,000 by 20 January 2017. This would be paid in seven IDR 300,000 instalments, payable on the 20th of each month, and one final instalment of IDR 40,620,000, on 20 January 2017.
