South Kalimantan Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2000 on the Prohibition on Alcoholic Beverages

This regional regulation is an example of a legislative instrument that, arguably, Islamises public life, without making any reference to Islam or religion (agama). It places a prohibition on the production, storage, possession, consumption, supply, distribution, and sale of all types of alcholic beverage in the region (art 2).
