In its preambular statement, this regional regulation states that surveillance, controlled circulation, and sale of alcoholic beverages protects people's physical and mental health, public order, touristic purposes, customs and traditions, and religion. Accordingly, this regulation stipulates certain requirements for the circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages, including labelling, licensing, and categorisation of alcoholic beverages.
