This regional regulation makes provision for public order and social peace in Ponorogo, East Java (Jawa Timur). Article 12(2) provides all persons the protection to implement their own religious worship rituals and religious activities, by authorising the regency government to close (temporarily or permanently) places of entertainment or activities that disturb the implementation thereof.
