This statute regulates the usage of administrative payments made by pilgrims performing the hajj, based on the principles of shari'a, prudence, benefit, non-profit, transparency, and accountability. The aim of hajj financial management is to increase the quality of hajj administration, the rational and efficient usage of hajj administrative costs, and the benefit for the welfare of the ummah.
