Padang Pariaman Regency Regulation No. 2 of 2004 on Prevention, Action and Elimination of Immoral Practices

This regional regulation prohibits:
- adultery and conduct leading towards adultery;
- Pondok Baremoh (brothels);
- gambling;
- Kupon Putih (white coupons);
- alcohol;
- narcotics, psychotropics, and prohibited drug-abuse;
- prostitution and conduct leading towards prostitution;
- living with a person of the opposite sex out of wedlock; and
- dressing in an inappropriate manner, contrary to religious and customary norms.
