The Court overturned the decision of the Langsa Shari's Court (lower court), finding:
- the demands of the plaintiffs were acceded to, to a degree;
- the beneficiaries were several of the parties to the case, from both sides;
- the plaintiffs' demands were, in large part, dismissed; and
- the plaintiffs were to bear the costs of the initial hearing (IDR 346,000).
