Indonesian Council of Ulama Fatwa No. 4 of 2014 on Preservation of Endangered Species

This fatwa states that all living creatures have the right to life and to be used to benefit human beings. The fatwa obliges people to treat endangered species well by protecting and preserving them in order to ensure their sustainability.
