Indonesian Council of Ulama Fatwa on Abuse of Ecstasy and Other Like Substances

This fatwa declares that abuse of ecstasy and other like substances is haram (forbidden). The fatwa defines 'abuse' as 'consuming/using', 'circulating/trafficking', 'producing', and 'assisting the abuse thereof for improper needs'.
