Indonesian Law No. 12 of 2005 on the Ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

This statute ratifies and incorporates into Indonesian domestic law the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Accordingly, it serves as formal state recognition of the right to freedom of religion, as per art 18 of the Covenant.
