Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2005 on the Ratification of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

This statute ratifies and incorporates into Indonesian domestic law the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Accordingly, it serves as formal state recognition of the equal rights of women, as per art 3 of the Covenant.
