Indonesian Law No. 25 of 1999 on Fiscal Equalisation between Central and Regional Governments

This statute, promulgated during the implementation of desentralisasi (decentralisation) following Soeharto's resignation in 1998, regulates the distribution and management of funds between the central government and regional governments, including the responsibilities of regional governments to audit and manage those monies provided to them by the central government.
