Indonesian Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights

This statute regulates the application and implementation of practices that promote, support and uphold the protection of human rights and freedoms in Indonesia. It also reiterates some of the human rights guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution and its subsequent amendments.
