Aslihan Bulut

Aslihan Bulut is the Deputy Law Librarian of Congress for Collections. She previously served as the Associate Director of the San Jose State University Libraries; as the Program Coordinator and Librarian for Foreign, Comparative and International Law at Harvard Law School Library; and as a reference librarian at Columbia Law School. Her areas of interest include legal research in international human rights and humanitarian law, women’s rights, and Islamic law. She has worked in libraries for over 25 years. She has an MLS and a JD.
