The Court upheld the appeal, finding that the lower court (Lhoksukon Shari'a Court decision: 69/Pdt-G/2009/Msy-LSK) had erred in placing a higher burden of proof on the plaintiff than necessary, as well as failing to summons the defendant for hearings 3-8.
