Indonesian Presidential Decree No. 3 of 1997 on the Surveillance and Control of Alcoholic Beverages

This presidential decree states that alcoholic beverages may only be sold with a permit issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade. With this in mind, surveillance of the production of alcoholic beverages is to be conducted at the Gubernatorial/Regional Head Level I-level, pursuant to guidelines stipulated by the Minister of Industry and Trade.
