The appellants sought to challenge Decision: 0519/Pdt.G/2013/PA.Ska of the Surakarta Religious Court. The court, however, dismissed the appeal, noting that the plaintiffs' agreement to repay IDR 2.5 million per month, rather than the originally agreed upon IDR 3.5 million, had been rejected by the defendant. Therefore, auctioning the first appellant's properties could not be deemed unlawful.
